Zusammenfassung | Sidexflexing plastic chains are used increasingly in material handling due to their highly flexible conveying design and layout options. These systems are often equipped with so called modular belts. Due to their specific force transmission, detailed calculation methods are not yet available. In the following, a generally valid calculation approach is derived and its difference to existing solutions shown by examples. In der Fördertechnik werden zunehmend Transportsysteme mit raumbeweglichen Kunststoffketten eingesetzt, die eine äußerst flexible Gestaltung des Förderlayouts gestatten. Häufig werden solche Systeme mit sogenannten Mattenketten oder Modulbändern ausgerüstet, für die aufgrund der spezifischen Kraftübertragung bisher keine detaillierten Berechnungsgrundlagen verfügbar sind. Im Beitrag wird eine allgemeingültige Berechnungsmethodik für raumbewegliche Kettenfördersysteme hergeleitet und der Unterschied zu bisherigen Ansätzen anhand von Beispielen dargestellt. |
