Abstracts

Zustandsüberwachung von Kettentrieben bietet die Möglichkeit der Instandhaltungsplanung auch ohne allgemeine Lebensdauergleichung für dieses Maschinenelement. Zwei Konzepte der kamerabasierten Erfassung des Verschleißzustandes werden vorgestellt, die die mit fortschreitendem Verschleiß zunehmenden Trumschwingungen erfassen und quantifizieren. Daneben wird ein Konzept für einen berührungslosen Längungssensor präsentiert, der die Kettenlängung unmittelbar während des Betriebs misst.

Condition Monitoring of chain drives allows maintenance planning without a general lifetime equation for this machine component. Two concepts for camera-based evaluation of the wear state are presented, that quantify the increasing span oscillation due to advanced wear. Next to that, a concept for a contactless elongation sensor is presented, that measures the chain elongation directly during operation.
