Zusammenfassungen

In diesem Beitrag werden die notwendigen Änderungen in der Produktionslogistik der Automobilindustrie für die nächsten Jahre beschrieben. Durch die steigende Anzahl an Automobilmodellen und eine gleichzeitig wachsende Variantenzahl, ist es heute kaum noch möglich Automobile wirtschaftlich auf Montageanlagen mit starrer Fördertechnik zu produzieren. Im Großprojekt ARENA2036 (Active Research Environment for the Next Generation of Automobiles) werden aus diesem Grund neue Montage- und Bereitstellungskonzepte sowie Technologien zur Flexibilisierung der zukünftigen Produktion entwickelt. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die aktuellen Forschungsergebnisse des Projekts in Bezug auf neue und innovative Produktionslogistik im Umfeld der Automobilindustrie.

This article presents the necessary changes in production logistics of automobile manufacturing for the upcoming years. Due to the higher amount of car models and continuing growth of variations, it became nearly impossible to produce vehicles economically using rigid conveyor techniques. In the context of the research project ARENA2036 (Active Research Environment for the Next Generation of Automobiles), new concepts for assembly and logistics including new technologies are being developed to make production flexible for the future. This paper describes the current results of the project in terms of new and innovative production logistics for the automobile industry.
